摘  要

 

学校是一个人员众多且公共设施比较重要的一个场所，所以当学校的某个设备损坏之后可能会对多个人的教学和工作造成影响，传统的学校报修都是人工手动或者通过电话的方式进行管理的，这种管理方式明显非常的落后，为了提高学校的报修管理，为此我开发了本学校智能网上报修管理系统。

本基于Java的学校智能网上报修管理系统是根据当前高校网上报修相关的内容实际情况开发的，在系统语言选择上我们使用的Java语言，数据库是小巧灵活的MySQL数据库，本系统的开发可以极大的提高学校智能网上报修管理系统的管理效率。

本学校智能网上报修管理系统采用Java语言来进行开发，从角色上分为管理员，维修人员和学生3个部分，其中管理员部分主要包括，系统首页，个人中心，学生管理，维修员管理，报修类型管理，在线报修管理，维修指派管理，维修信息管理，维修评价管理，公告信息管理等功能，学生部分主要包括，系统首页，个人中心，在线报修管理，维修指派管理，维修信息管理，维修评价管理，公告信息管理等功能；维修人员部分主要包括系统首页，个人中心，维修指派管理，维修信息管理，维修评价管理，公告信息管理等功能，通过这些功能基本可以满足学生网上报修管理的需求。

Abstract

The school is a place with a large number of personnel and important public facilities, so when a certain equipment in the school is damaged, it may have an impact on the teaching and work of multiple people. The traditional school repair application is managed manually or by telephone, which is obviously very backward. In order to improve the school repair application management, Therefore I developed the school intelligent online repair management system.

This Java-based school intelligent online repair management system is based on the current college online repair related content of the actual situation of development, in the choice of system language we use Java language, the database is small and flexible MySQL database, the development of this system can greatly improve the management efficiency of the school intelligent online repair management system.

The school's intelligent online repair management system adopts Java language to develop, and is divided into three parts from the role of administrator, maintenance personnel and students. The administrator part mainly includes the system home page, personal center, student management, maintenance personnel management, repair type management, online repair management, maintenance assignment management, maintenance information management, maintenance evaluation management, and maintenance management.
